Google Android Will Kill the Apple iPhone

May 31st, 2010 Posted in blog

Apple is at the top of the NASDAQ, and that is great. Microsoft, who was on top of NASDAQ up to Wednesday, May 26, 2010, has been going the path of IBM since before Vista was release (Windows XP was too good).

Anyways, every week a new Android based phone hit the market, and it is better than the last one. iPhone revises it’s phone annually, but the new phones still manages to be a step behind the latest and greatest.

Apple is now competing with three or four companies that are churning out Android based phones at an incredible rate.

Factor in that you can get an Android on all major US providers, compared to crappy AT&T only, and you have the recipe for some negative trends with the iPhone.

Apple needs to have their hands in everything, and Google is giving telco, programmers, and content providers the kitchen sink.

Apples reign at the top of NASDAQ will probably be short lived, but it will not be Microsoft coming to reclaim the thrown, it will be Google overtaking both companies. You can already see Apple becoming reactive, with the Verizon Wireless talks.

Apple made Creative Labs, Microsoft, iRiver, and Archos media efforts mute. Google is lining up to be next. Schimdt knows what direction Apple is going in. He help chart the course while sitting on the Board of Directors.

Apples arrogance and control all way of business will ultimately stifle it’s growth. Google seems to be doing everything right, and the fact they helped nurture about $54,000,000,000 worth of business in the U.S. economy, and to think that a lot of that money is available to chums like you and I. :-)

Have you made any money from Apple, lately? Have you received anything free from Apple, lately? Point taken.
